At Fruit of the Loom, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to ensure a smooth reimbursement process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unwashed, unworn garments in the original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the authorized carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
